Who we are

Secrets From Eden ("we") runs secretsfromeden.com and the pages The Man From Eden, The Woman From Eden and AI From Eden. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a free guide or join a list, we collect your first name (optional) and email address. When you buy a product, our payment provider processes your payment details; we never see your card number.

Why we use it

• To send you the guide you asked for.
• To send our newsletter and offers related to it. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
• To deliver products you buy and provide support.

Our legal basis is your consent (newsletter) and the performance of a contract (purchases).

Who processes it

We use trusted providers: our email marketing service to store subscribers and send emails, a merchant-of-record payment provider for purchases, and Cloudflare to host this website. They only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
